Objectives of the National Spotlight Award
Through this monthly national recognition, NPT aims to:
- Promote distinguished role models within the Pharmacology and Therapeutics fraternity
- Inspire postgraduate students and young medical doctors to pursue Pharmacology as a meaningful and future-oriented career
- Celebrate the achievements of NPT LIFE MEMBERS by highlighting their academic journey and professional contributions
- Provide national visibility by featuring the awardee’s profile on the official NPT website and official Twitter (X) handle
- Foster a culture of recognition for sustained contributions to education, research, and professional development
Visibility and Recognition
Each awardee’s profile will be showcased on the official NPT website and Twitter (X) handle for one month, ensuring wide national outreach. The recipient will also be formally honored on stage during NAPTICON, the Annual National Conference of NPT, with the presentation of a Memento and Certificate of Recognition in the presence of national academic leaders and delegates.
