FROM THE DESK OF EDITORS RxFactor

Dr. Ruchi Bahhel

Warm greetings to all.,
Since its inception in August 2021, Rx Factor has grown from a promising idea into a vibrant platform of knowledge-sharing. With 14 successful issues already released, this initiative of the National Association of Pharmacology and Therapeutics has steadily carved its place as a trusted companion for pharmacologists.

RxFactor has not only disseminated information but also cultivated awareness. It has inspired young learners to embrace pharmacology with curiosity and rigor, while offering experienced professionals’ fresh perspectives on rational prescribing, patient safety, and therapeutic innovation.

The newsletter continues to embody its founding vision: to nurture passion for pharmacology and therapeutics, and to drive rational, evidence-based clinical practice. Each edition has brought together diverse elements—Academic Corners on current therapeutics and new drugs, Research Forums highlighting new research, trials, trends and opportunities, Pharmacovigilance Updates ensuring safe prescribing, and Teaching & Learning Innovations that emphasize competency and skill development. Regulatory updates, ethical discussions, and engaging features like quizzes, puzzles, and cartoons have added both depth and delight to the reading experience.

We take pride in the journey so far. RxFactor has become more than a newsletter—it is a community, a shared space where knowledge flows freely and ideas spark growth. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our national association, contributors, editorial team, and readers whose enthusiasm has sustained this endeavor.

With renewed energy, we look forward to continuing this journey of education, awareness, and mutual learning with all of you. Dr. Ruchi Baghel
