IMPORTANT NOTES FOR LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
  • Life Membership (NPT) is granted only after MD Pharmacology degree completion and Medical Council registration.
  • MD Pharmacology students without degree/registration are not eligible for life membership. They can apply under Student Membership (upgrade later for free).
  • ⚠️ Applications in the wrong category will be rejected and the fee will be non-refundable.
1). Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicants must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for Lifetime Membership before applying. (non medical pharmacologists are without a medical degree i.e. MBBS, MD/DNB/DM are not eligible for membership of organization).
  • Membership fees are non-refundable, therefore eligibility must be verified prior to submission.
2). Required Documents

Only the following two documents are required:

  • Recent Passport-Size Photograph Format: JPG or PNG, Maximum size <500 KB
  • Self-Attested Registration Certificate of MD/DNB/DM Degree: Issued by a recognized Medical Council Format: PDF, JPG, or PNG Maximum size < 2 MB

Both documents must be uploaded while filling out the online membership form.

3). Mode of Application
  • Membership application is accepted only through the online registration form available on the official website.
4). Payment Guidelines
  • Only online payment is accepted.
  • Cash, demand drafts, cheques, or any offline payment methods are not accepted.
  • After submitting the registration form, the system will automatically calculate the total payable amount.
  • You will then be redirected to the secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.
5). Post-Payment Process
  • After successful payment, each member will receive access to a personalized Member Dashboard.
  • The Dashboard serves as a single access point for:
    • Membership Certificate
    • Payment Receipt
    • Official Newsletter
    • Official Journal of the Association
    • Other member privileges and updates
6). Dashboard Login

To access the dashboard, students or members should log in using their registered WhatsApp number, which serves as the Login ID. br />If you forget your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” option to create a new one. The new password will be sent to your registered email ID and registered WhatsApp number /p>

7). Payment Confirmation
  • Members are advised to save a copy (screenshot or image) of the payment receipt.
8). Official Communication Channel
  • After registration, members may join the official WhatsApp Group of Life Members of NPT through link available on ypur personal DASHBOARD.
  • This group is used exclusively for important announcements and updates from the Association.
9). Membership Certificate
  • The soft copy (e-certificate) is generally issued within 30 days of successful registration and will be available for download from the Dashboard.
  • Hard copies of certificates and organizational documents are printed in bulk and dispatched approximately every six months, subject to logistical considerations.
