MEMBERSHIP OF ASSOCIATION

A medical person who has obtained a post graduate medical qualification i.e.MD/DNB/DM in Pharmacology/Clinical pharmacology & therapeutics) from a recognized medical institution shall be eligible to become the member of the organization.

BENEFITS OF LIFE MEMBERS

• All life members shall be entitled to receive notifications on behalf of the organization.
• All life members will be able to get the various advantages of networking with fellow pharmacologists of the country.
• All life members shall be entitled to contest for various posts in the organization.
• All life members shall receive a soft copy of the permanent membership certificate through email within 30 days of application and a hard copy within 6 months(printed in bulk)
• All life members shall be entitled to write abbreviations MNPT (Member National Association of Pharmacology and therapeutics)
• All life members will have the right to participate in general body meetings (GBM) to speak and to vote during an election.
• All life members shall be able to participate in various conferences/seminars/workshops/symposiums/training sessions and other events organized by the association at subscribed charges.
• All life members will be entitled to receive a soft copy of the official newsletter and/or other academic printed material of the organization.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• Passport size photo.
• A Duly filled & submitted a life membership form.
• A copy of NMC/MCI/State medical council registration certificate of MD/DNB/DM degree.

INSTRUCTION FOR APPLYING THE ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

• It is the responsibility of the applicant to check eligibility for life membership before applying as the fee is nonrefundable.
• Only online payment is applicable. (Cash/draft/cheques etc. not accepted)
• After submission of details in the registration form, the total payable amount will be auto-calculated and you will be directed to the payment gateway for final payment.
• Save an image of the fund transaction receipt with the payment reference number and date/time of payment for future reference.
• Attach a recent passport-size photo (jpg/png<500kb) and self-attested photocopy MD/DNB/DM Registration certificate (pdf/jpg/png < 2mb) to an online membership form.
• Applicants will receive an SMS on their registered mobile and an E-mail within 24 hr after the application process is completed in case of nonreceipt of the same contact National Coordinator.
• The link to join the life membership WhatsApp group shall be delivered by E-mail. Please join the WhatsApp group of life members for important updates by the organization.
• The soft copy of the e-certificate is usually delivered within 30 days and hard copies of the organization are printed in bulk and dispatched every six months due to logistics issues.
• Look carefully at all the details and any corrections in spelling or data entry before the final submission of the form online.
